Abstract:Since the industrial revolution,"profit-oriented design" has become the mainstream. Design activities aim at profit and commercial influence. To a certain extent,they neglect the sociality of design. The authenticity of design should be returned to realize the sociality of design and think. Design means is not only a means of commercial marketing,but also a means of solving social problems,solving social issues through social enterprises guided by design thinking. With the increasing number of global problems today,social thinking in design has become a topic that designers should pay attention to. Social topics should not be separated from innovation,and problem-solving thinking should divergently promote social orientation and more harmonious development.

三、社会设计的思考
通俗来讲,社会设计就是以解决社会问题为目标的设计活动,社会问题这个概念太过宽泛,理解起来往往不知所云,先抛开这个概念这件事,通过一个品牌来了解社会设计,美国懒人鞋品牌—TOMS,TOMS 的建立,其初心并非出于商业价值的实现,其创办者Blake Mycoskie在一次自我探索之旅来到了阿根廷。在阿根廷首都的布宜诺斯艾利斯郊区,Mycoskie 发现当地的穷苦孩子们不仅仅饱受疾病的威胁以及教育权力无法得到保障,甚至许多孩子连一双鞋子都买不起,Mycoskie 便产生一个想法,创办一个鞋子品牌,每卖出一双鞋子就送给该地区贫困儿童一双鞋子,“Buy one for one”的理念就此诞生,在完成商业价值的同时实现了社会价值,这就是社会企业,通过一种机制让社会成员参与并得到自我社会价值的体现。在“Buy one for one”理念大获成功过后,TOMS开始卖眼镜,第二次的策略是凡是每购买一副眼镜,公司都将为贫困地区捐助一次治疗眼疾的机会,无论是何种疾病,都将跟踪直至治愈。现在 TOMS 成立了 Marketplace,帮其他经过挑选、有“Buy one for one”理念的公司提供销售平台,帮助更多社会议题提供解决方案:动物、教育、女性、社会公义、健康、就业、儿童、营养、饮用水等。图1为TOMS为社会问题所作出的努力。
